Requirements
- 12 years of experience in IT Services or Engineering
- Excellent knowledge of architecture principles for cloud-based platforms
- Proven experience in business architecture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels in the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills: ability to simplify complex situations
- Proficient in documenting roadmaps with functional design elements
- Strong Facilitation skills
- Ability to assess and mitigate risk
- Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills with ability to motivate a team
- Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
- Ability to lead a group of teams located across multiple time zones
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and change
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience
- Federal Clearance required
Responsibilities
- Ensure team organization, individual development, and communication are in-line with Delivery vision: support teams to perform at a high level; foster inter-team collaboration and productivity
- Provide input to the Global Practice Leader on strategic decisions, budgets, hiring, and process changes
- Oversee the development of Architects. Manage career progression including hiring, performance reviews, mentoring, and coaching
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure leading practices and quality
- Partner with internal Center of Innovation to contribute and understand leading practices
- And ensure they are being applied
- Provide thought leadership to innovate new processes and customer success stories
- Architect and design solutions that are leading practices to meet customers' business
- Outcomes within their budget
- Prepare and facilitate customer workshops to capture and define customer's requirements
- Develop functional and technical requirements for customer engagements
- Facilitate and manage the engineering team to complete all requirements
- Collaborate with Delivery Management on project plans, mitigating obstacles, and facilitating
- The customer through the project journey
- Create customer executive documents, participate in customer status calls and executive
- Provide technical expertise for internal teams, the practice and for customer engagements
