About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1.Target Decomposition & Plan Execution: Align with regional objectives by breaking down KPIs (e.g., labor efficiency, staffing) into actionable group-level targets. Develop and monitor work plans, analyze operational metrics, and drive process enhancements to ensure goal attainment.
2. Warehouse Design & Process Optimization: Contribute to facility layout planning and product flow design. Establish and refine warehouse management protocols, monitor compliance, and iteratively improve standards to boost space utilization and operational efficiency.
3. Daily Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination: Oversee daily activities including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and site security. Ensure adherence to procedures, coordinate interdepartmental resources, and manage critical incidents to maintain orderly warehouse operations.
4. Cost Control & Efficiency Enhancement: Track group-level operational costs, identify anomalies, and optimize workflows to reduce expenses. Organize monthly inventory audits and training programs to elevate team performance and procedural compliance.
