Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline such as Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or Engineering
  • 5-7 years related work experience
Responsibilities
  • Work with users to understand and document business requirements
  • Assist in the translation of the business requirements into configurable system changes
  • Create/participate in the creation of the functional specification
  • Participate in the design of business workflow
  • Manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and achieve established goals and objectives
  • Perform needs assessment, Design, Implementation, Support, and Reporting
  • Coordinate and participate in unit and integrated testing activities
  • Identify testing scenarios and co-develop test scripts
  • Develop an understanding of departments’ business processes
  • Identify and analyze moderately complex issues and bring problems to resolution
  • Ensure high-documentation standard for requirements
  • Co-lead escalation of issues with appropriate internal resources
  • Participate in application upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and support efforts
  • Support troubleshooting inbound/outbound interfaces
  • Create and maintain appropriate system documentation
  • Review vendor provided documentation and user manuals
  • Collaborate with other application and clinical analysts
  • Participate in change management activities
  • Utilize and maintain appropriate document change control procedures and standards
  • Elicit and document business, stakeholder, functional and non-functional requirements
  • Lead meetings with cross-functional teams
