Requirements
  • 4 years of experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance or a related field (e.g., records management, data governance, etc.)
  • 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Work with Information Governance and Preservation program leadership to operationalize recommendations and support the development of the new Preservation Management program.
  • Identify gaps across the legal preservation landscape and create programs and processes to solve them, with a focus on leveraging technical solutions supported by robust roadmap documentation.
  • Translate legal, compliance, and business needs into program strategies, working with program leadership to create and prioritize initiatives, and conduct strategic analysis to mitigate legal risk and develop business critical documentation.
  • Manage and track progress against success metrics, engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure timely and accurate delivery of work, and establish/lead processes for effectively managing the area.
  • Ensure program leadership alignment and garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders surrounding new ideas and strategies.
