Requirements
  • Associate degree or 2 years of directly related repair experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and procedures.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze RMA logs in NetSuite to determine device issues and status.
  • Troubleshoot, test, and replicate device-related concerns.
  • Perform refurbishment, assembly, testing, and packaging of devices.
  • Request and verify parts for accuracy, damage, and quantity.
  • Receive part request forms, pick listed parts, and issue them to technicians while maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and production control teams to reconcile parts inventory and support timely work order closure.
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts for high-use parts and monthly counts for lower-use items.
  • Store parts and materials in designated bins, drawers, and racks with proper labeling.
  • Maintain accurate records of part usage and inventory transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
