Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Preferred Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
  • Preferred Accounting/3-way match reconciliation process experience
  • Preferred fuel scheduling, fuel transportation or fuels accounting experience
Responsibilities
  • Provide daily functional support for fuel supply inventory management applications
  • Perform daily BOL (Bill of Lading) reconciliation and store inventory reconciliation
  • Analyze and review all exceptions to ensure unmatched and unreconciled BOLs are accurately and timely matched and fully reconciled
  • Analyze and review warnings to ensure BOLs are being lifted at assigned terminals using accurate supplier contract
  • Report on all the misloaded BOLs and initiate correction process
  • Analyze carrier delivery plans to ensure information is accurately provided to assist with the inventory reconciliation
  • Analyze stores inventory to ensure all tank inventories are represented correctly and outstanding deliveries are reconciled to BOLs
  • Assist with system enhancements and testing of new functionalities
  • Assist with new terminals and suppliers set up related responsibilities
  • Support supply team and management with ad hoc projects as needed
