Responsibilities
  • Manage logistics of incoming and outgoing promotional and literature shipments
  • Process shipments through a dedicated ship station and input Sharepoint shipping orders
  • Support team with input and tracking of purchase orders
  • Maintain stock of marketing materials and coordinate reordering
  • Maintain marketing and literature storage areas, adhere to 6S standards, and stock supplies
  • Transport product and materials to and from offsite vendors and event locations
  • Support and participate in other project needs within the team
