Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, technical advisory, or solutions engineering roles.
  • At least 2 years of experience building applications with generative and agentic artificial intelligence technologies, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, Model Context Protocol, or multi-agent orchestration.
  • Experience deploying a large-language-model-powered system or artificial intelligence agent into production, including evaluation, monitoring, and post-launch iteration.
  • Experience developing production code in Python or TypeScript.
  • Experience integrating with enterprise systems and data sources such as enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, information technology service management, or SharePoint platforms.
  • Experience working directly with customers or business stakeholders to elicit requirements, map business processes, and guide adoption of new technology.
  • Knowledge of evaluation techniques for non-deterministic systems, including golden datasets, regression testing, and human-in-the-loop feedback.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and communicate with audiences ranging from engineers to executives.
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
  • Embed with program teams to observe and document workflows, systems, data flows, decision points, and exception paths.
  • Produce operating maps and automation roadmaps that prioritize high-volume workflows by expected value and risk, and decide where deterministic software, agent judgment, and human-in-the-loop approval belong.
  • Design, build, and deploy artificial intelligence agents that reason, plan, and act across existing tools, application programming interfaces, and data sources.
  • Build on the systems teams already use rather than forcing a migration.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, and regression tests, and scale agents from shadow mode through increasing autonomy to production.
  • Instrument audit trails, monitoring, and metrics so program leadership can measure agent activity and value delivered through hours saved, risk reduced, and improved outcomes.
  • Drive adoption and change management, train the workforce, redesign roles around supervision of automation, and reduce transformation risks for affected employees.
  • Codify lessons learned into playbooks, reusable components, and field feedback for the Disruption Cell, and escalate blockers involving access or policy.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with agentic coding and orchestration tools such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, LangGraph, or the OpenAI Agents SDK.
  • Experience in a forward-deployed, embedded, or residency-style engineering role at a customer site.
  • Experience with organizational change management, including training, communications, workforce transition, or user adoption programs.
  • Experience with business process analysis or process mapping, including Business Process Model and Notation or value stream mapping.
  • Experience with cloud platforms and containerized deployment, including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
  • Ability to quantify automation impact in terms of cost savings, risk mitigation, or revenue uplift.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Master's degree.

Palantir, Nvidia, Booz Allen restrict Anthropic and OpenAI models over data retention concerns

Palantir Technologies, Nvidia, and Booz Allen Hamilton are restricting use of AI models from Anthropic and OpenAI over data protection concerns, Reuters reported. The companies worry model providers could retain or extract value from sensitive corporate information. Palantir has pressed Anthropic for zero data retention guarantees. Nvidia limits Anthropic's models to less sensitive tasks, favouring its own Nemotron models for proprietary work. Booz Allen has banned staff from using Anthropic's commercial model on cybersecurity projects involving proprietary data. The pushback intensified after Anthropic introduced a 30-day data retention policy in June for its Claude 3.5 model, citing security monitoring needs. Anthropic responded by launching Enterprise Frontier Safeguards, allowing customers to store activity data in their own cloud infrastructure under their encryption keys.

Booz Allen unveils Counter AI defence tool as frontier models achieve fully autonomous network intrusion

Booz Allen Hamilton has released a threat report revealing that advanced AI models can now autonomously execute complete network intrusions without human guidance. The firm tested 18 US and Chinese AI models through its Cyber Weapon Index. The report warns that sophisticated cyberattacks are becoming more accessible as costs and expertise requirements decline. Booz Allen found that coordinated Counter AI defences reduced autonomous attacker success by more than 95% in testing. To address these threats, the company launched Vellox Labs Guile, a Counter AI product designed to disrupt autonomous attacks by manipulating what AI attackers see and trust. The system adapts in real time using frontier AI models to evolve its defences against emerging threats. The report emphasises that entire AI systems, not just individual models, now represent the primary unit of cybersecurity risk.
