Residential Loan Servicing Technician

This Residential Loan Servicing Technician will handle servicing tasks primarily related to Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOCs) and credit bureau reporting, but will handle additional reporting and inquires.

This person will,

• Provide Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) loan maintenance

• Run various reports and billing statements related to accounts

• Research and correspond to customer inquires

• Handle credit bureau reporting and disputes

Requirements
Education

• High School or equivalent combination of education and experience Required

Experience

• Less than 2 years Office experience Required
