Technical Lead/ IT Project Manager

Title: Technical Lead/IT Project Manager (Multiple positions available)

Job Location: 901 S. Bolmar Street, West Chester, PA 19382 and various unanticipated worksites in U.S.

Primary Duties:

Manage or lead technical projects, fixing any reliability issues, and tracking service metrics.  Define project scope, goals, and deliverables to plan reasonable deadlines for success.  Responsible for project cost estimation.  Review technical project budgets and effectively execute the project to avoid massive budget overruns.  Adhere to all quality processes and complete both internal and external audits for compliance.  Provide written and verbal project communications, including status reports, dashboards, project updates, and newsletters.  Collect continuous feedback from the customer stake holders.  Work with the project teams to effectively address issues and areas of improvement.  Lead and co-ordinate implementation activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.  Perform post implementation reviews to ensure changes meet schedule and objectives.  Travel to various, unanticipated worksite locations throughout the U.S. is required (Roving Employment).  Telecommuting from home office location is permitted pursuant to company policy.

Requirements:

Education:  Bachelor’s degree (or foreign educational equivalent) in Computer Science or a closely related field.

Experience:  In addition to degree, must have at least 3 years of experience as a technical lead or project manager that must include all of the following:

• Preparing detailed requirement documents and translating technical requirements into functional specifications;
• Preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and change orders for projects consistent with project scope and requirements;
• Preparing project management plans for internal tracking and execution with Smart Sheets or comparable project management software;
• Prioritizing requirements to minimize risk during development;
• Facilitating and supporting all phases or project using scrum framework and Agile methodologies including but not limited to sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, and sprint retrospective plans;
• Leading integration testing of implemented requirements and prepare test documents; and
• Coordinating with stakeholders for project status reporting, UAT testing, and deployment of the solution in production.
