Requirements
  • 4+ years total in sales leadership with at least 2 years as a second line sales leader
  • 2+ years as an AE individual contributor
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets across teams and individually
  • Experienced in hiring and training talent at scale
  • Skilled in managing and coaching through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Experience using Salesforce for accurate forecasting
  • Data- driven, process oriented mindset; demonstrated ability not only to implement process but also to define it
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Build, develop and manage a team of outstanding leaders and Account Executives underneath them (AE)
  • Instill sound pipeline generation practices on a weekly basis that results in quality opportunities conversions, and wins
  • Strong ability to give and receive feedback thoughtfully to develop the team
  • Accurately forecast and deliver on monthly/quarterly targets
  • Create strong relationships with C-level customers in Finance and HR
  • Drive strong partnership across marketing, product, customer success, sales, finance, and executive teams
  • Develop strong understanding of the TripActions products and value proposition within the market
