  • Engineering BS/MS strongly desired
  • Management responsibility for team of Technicians and Operators in Newark Dyno Test Lab
  • Create individual growth objectives, manage performance and provide continuous feedback
  • Generate equipment and process training materials for incoming employees
  • Hire additional team members required to increase capacity
  • Maintain weekly report for equipment utilization
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of lab facilities and processes
  • Support team to identify improvement opportunities and drive action to implement
  • Interface with Project Managers, Test Engineers and other team members to coordinate assignments, lab activities and individual work packages
  • Ensure all employees follow industry standard health and safety guidelines
  • No travel is anticipated for this role unless dictated by business need
