We are looking for an experienced and passionate Sr. Manager, MarTech Channel Experiences (CX) Email Tech Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be part of an enthusiastic team that manages the LinkedIn’s MarTech stack being used by LinkedIn marketing and communication teams around the world.
As part of the MarTech Channel Experiences team, you will play a critical role in supporting and evolving our email platforms and capabilities that drive demand and engagement for all LinkedIn business lines.

Responsibilities:
- Manage marketing’s email tech processes and platforms (provisioning, utilization, upgrades, troubleshooting)
- Manage vendor relationships for email tech
- Develop and activate email technology roadmap that consider both tactical and strategic direction, as well as factor in cost, user experience, and security.
- Develop product management guidelines for all net new integration or product enhancement builds.
- Monitor, test and improve performance across multiple processes and email platforms; provide actionable recommendations to maximize ROI.
- Proactively research new vendors, technologies, and industry best practices that will inform our long-term email technology strategy.
- Optimize processes and workflows to achieve higher productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall employee productivity.
- Design and deliver new capabilities and enhanced processes, built to increase campaign performance across critical stages of the funnel (e.g. targeting, personalization, testing, sales lead handoff)
- Improve our engineering and business operations operational efficiency by merging core pieces of our tech stack under fewer partners and protocols, and introducing new products to unlock efficiency and automation.
- Partner across Operations, Engineering, Product, Data Science, Marketing, and other partner teams to define requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing operations role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
- Experience working with engineering and product development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with marketing email technologies (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Stensul, Litmus)
- Deep knowledge and passion for email marketing
- Working knowledge and passion for marketing technology.
- Vendor and professional service agency management experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JSON (SQL preferred)
- Strong leadership skills and creative thinking to develop innovative solutions for top business challenges
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “get it done” entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to inspire, manage, and lead cross-functional teams across operations, data science, engineering and marketing teams
- Ability to identify & influence process improvements
- Proven ability to break down and diagnose issues, then identify and rapidly deploy fixes.

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $115,000 - $180,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
