Job Summary
• This role is responsible for interacting with GSI partners to achieve assigned quotas by effectively promoting and selling organization offerings. The role collaborates with partners to develop joint business plans, analyzes sales opportunities, and maintains professional relationships. The role prepares relevant sales materials, tracks sales pipeline opportunities, and gathers partner feedback for product and service improvement.
Responsibilities
Interacts with GSI partners, providing information about products, services, promotions, and configurations.
Interfaces and supports other HP regional alliance managers and GSI (global system integrator) Account General Managers.
Supports international team requiring a flexible work schedule.
Works closely with other HP sales resources including ISRs to drive deal pursuit and implementation.
Achieves assigned quotas for organization products, services, and software by effectively promoting and selling them.
Assists in developing joint business plans with partners, outlining sales goals, marketing activities, and resource allocation in adherence to legal and ethical practices.
Maintains professional relationships with partner organizations, fostering trust and collaboration.
Analyzes sales opportunities and prepares relevant sales material to share with partners within a designated area of focus.
Engages in training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales skills, and industry insights.
Performs market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support the development of sales strategies.
Assists in tracking early-stage opportunities in the sales pipeline and maintaining pipeline data, providing regular updates to senior team members.
Gathers feedback from partners on customer experiences to support product and service improvement efforts.
Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 2+ years of work experience, preferably in enterprise selling, channel & alliance, or a related field.

Salary:
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000 annually, with a 60/40 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
