  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing, including customers, suppliers, and associates
  • Drive and implement the business plan for the area of responsibility to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety, while implementing operational improvements
  • Serve as a community liaison by participating in local and community organizations and charitable activities
  • Supervise and manage associates and leaders by providing direction, monitoring performance, and giving feedback
  • Ensure compliance with Logistics and company quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives
  • Investigate and resolve associate, customer, and supplier concerns using own judgment or consulting others when needed
  • Oversee and conduct day-to-day operations of all HR-related functions, including benefits, hiring/transfers, terminations, payroll, and associate relations programs
  • Ensure compliance with company HR policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations
