We are looking for a Senior Commercial Product Operations Manager - Commercial Systems with product operations, system implementation, program management, consulting and/or rideshare/automotive experience. In this position, you will collaborate with Commercial Operations, IT, Engineering, Market Development, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering and Product to define, set-up & launch new capabilities and commercial systems required for scaling commercially.
This is an on-site/hybrid role located in Scottsdale, AZ.
What you’ll be doing:

Lead cross-functional working groups to implement and support new system capabilities

Routinely communicate roadmap progress to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision making on key trade offs

Coordinate the implementation, testing and communication strategy for new system capabilities
-
Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Product, IT, Engineering, Infrastructure etc. to resolve issues after implementation

Use data and insights to identify business opportunities and prioritize initiatives

Lead the business impact and requirement assessment and implementation of new (third party) systems
What you must have:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or a related field
-
5+ years of professional work experience in system implementation, technical program management, product operations, systems engineering or (digital) consulting

Ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity and operate independently
-
Experience communicating with executives
-
Effective collaboration abilities
-
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets

Prior experience in tech, rideshare, automotive, delivery, or technology consulting

Experience implementing third party systems (ERP/EAM, CDP, WMS, IM, etc)

MBA or advanced degree

Experience leading teams

Experience with queries and software management
The salary range for this position is $125,900 - $185,000. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. You may also be offered a bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. These ranges are subject to change.
