Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
  • Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail.
  • A dynamic, proactive approach with the ability to thrive under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Professional presentation and the ability to build strong collaborative relationships.
  • Experience with IDeaS G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, and Delphi/Opera Sales & Catering (preferred).
  • Previous reservations or revenue management experience highly valued.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding company assets.
Responsibilities
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive revenue strategy that maximizes profitability across Rooms, Restaurants, Spas, and other revenue-generating areas.
  • Leading, inspiring, and mentoring the Sales & Marketing team to foster a strong culture of revenue management.
  • Serving as the final decision-maker on revenue strategies, ensuring alignment with brand standards, ownership expectations, and long-term goals.
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and ownership groups to share strategy, performance, and opportunities.
  • Driving the hotel’s strategic planning process, collaborating with profit-generating teams to identify and activate new revenue opportunities.
  • Communicating a compelling vision of Total Hotel Profit Optimization to property leaders and embedding revenue management concepts throughout the business.
  • Leveraging analytics, forecasting models, and revenue management systems (RMS, CRS, rate shopping tools) to identify and maximize profit opportunities.
  • Producing accurate short- and long-term forecasts to guide pricing and yielding tactics.
  • Leading the annual budget process and preparing long-range projections.
  • Monitoring economic trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform commercial strategies.
  • Chairing weekly Revenue Management meetings, ensuring alignment and accountability.
  • Directing pricing, promotions, and availability strategies to target the most profitable customer segments.
  • Overseeing distribution and channel optimization, continuously evaluating new opportunities.
  • Partnering with Marketing to enhance digital marketing performance, manage OTA/CTO relationships, and ensure optimal online content across all channels.
  • Acting as system owner for all core revenue management technologies, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective utilization.
  • Maintaining strong market intelligence through competitor and industry insights.
  • Identifying, mentoring, and developing revenue management talent, fostering a high-performance, growth-focused culture.
