  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a healthcare startup, with a focus on product marketing.
  • Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning for complex healthcare products.
  • Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills, adept at influencing and collaborating across teams, including with product and sales teams.
  • Experience in overseeing buyer research and insights, managing messaging and positioning, and leading GTM plans.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and experience in scaling teams and processes in high-growth environments.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and agility, capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle both strategic tasks and execution details.
  • Process-oriented with experience in scaling teams and processes in a high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative team player who can extract insights and ideas from others, shape opinions, and know when to lead and when to influence.
Responsibilities
  • Build a world-class product marketing function, developing and refining Rightway’s positioning and narrative.
  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products and features.
  • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to continuously test and optimize messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine product positioning and messaging.
  • Create engaging and informative content and collateral to enhance awareness and adoption of solutions.
  • Equip the sales team with essential tools, training, and materials.
  • Lead efforts in market research and consumer insights.
  • Oversee the collection and distribution of competitive intelligence.
