Requirements
  • 3-5 years in product management, ideally within a growth-focused role at a consumer technology or media company.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with A/B testing, growth experimentation frameworks, and data analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize new product opportunities that improve user experience and drive growth metrics, including user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define, design, and execute impactful new features. Lead projects from conception through to launch, ensuring alignment with overall growth objectives.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests and other growth experiments to validate hypotheses, leveraging insights to make data-informed decisions.
  • Gather and analyze user feedback, identify pain points, and prioritize improvements to continuously enhance the user experience.
  • Manage and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with both the broader product strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing, data analytics, and product engineering teams to deliver growth features.
