Responsibilities:
This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, focusing on a wide range of recruiting (both campus and lateral), immigration, and HR related topics. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:
Provide full lifecycle recruitment support to the campus and lateral recruiting teams, including:
- Scheduling interviews
- Planning recruiting events
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Helping with resume review and collecting interviewer feedback
- Managing an applicant tracking system
- Processing candidate expenses
- Ensuring appropriate collaboration across corporate teams
- Review job descriptions and post open positions on intranet and external sites as appropriate
As the role develops there will be further opportunity to:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and university career services
- Participate in development and maintenance of recruitment budget
- Support candidate onboarding process, including hiring and sign-on components
- Maintain recruiting materials, such as new hire offer packets and onboarding documents
- Remain apprised of current and changing recruiting methods and processes
Qualifications:

Requirements:
- To be considered for the Recruiting Assistant role, applicants must meet the following criteria:> Undergraduate degree at a minimum
- At least one year of prior relevant experience
- Experience in professional services industry preferred
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms (Workday & Greenhouse experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is necessary
- Fluency in English is required
