Responsibilities:

This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently and as part of a team, focusing on a wide range of recruiting (both campus and lateral), immigration, and HR related topics. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate are as follows:

Provide full lifecycle recruitment support to the campus and lateral recruiting teams, including:

Scheduling interviews
Planning recruiting events
Coordinating travel arrangements
Helping with resume review and collecting interviewer feedback
Managing an applicant tracking system
Processing candidate expenses
Ensuring appropriate collaboration across corporate teams
Review job descriptions and post open positions on intranet and external sites as appropriate

As the role develops there will be further opportunity to:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and university career services
Participate in development and maintenance of recruitment budget
Support candidate onboarding process, including hiring and sign-on components
Maintain recruiting materials, such as new hire offer packets and onboarding documents
Remain apprised of current and changing recruiting methods and processes

Qualifications:

PJT Partners seeks to hire a dynamic individual who is highly motivated, intelligent and a proven self-starter. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, a demonstrated ability to write effectively, and a positive attitude. In addition, qualified candidates will possess the following:

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and process a high volume of work under pressure while maintaining the highest quality
Willingness to proactively identify issues and recommend solutions
Superb organizations skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as a desire to work in a team environment
Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism
Eagerness to work in an entrepreneurial, results-driven environment

Requirements:

To be considered for the Recruiting Assistant role, applicants must meet the following criteria:> Undergraduate degree at a minimum
At least one year of prior relevant experience
Experience in professional services industry preferred
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring platforms (Workday & Greenhouse experience a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel is necessary
Fluency in English is required
