Responsibilities

  • Conduct client experience assessments by reviewing all available client interactions.
  • Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and practices. Stay up to date on best practices, business tools, and workflows by attending trainings and team meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
