As a VU Experience Specialist, you complete call audits and review borrower interactions to provide feedback to leadership. You will be successful if you can produce a high volume of quality audits with minimal errors and are flexible to support the company’s initiatives. Your work environment will be flexible, supportive, and team focused.
Job duties will vary upon assignment but may include:
Conduct call quality recording reviews to assess the client experience.
Collaborate with Associate Directors of Production to provide a thorough client experience analysis based on specific requests.
Conduct client experience assessments by reviewing all available client interactions.
Remain knowledgeable on company and industry guidelines and practices. Stay up to date on best practices, business tools, and workflows by attending trainings and team meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned, excluding licensed activity.
