We seek a highly organized and motivated Growth Optimization Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll assist in executing growth tactics to support user acquisition, conversion, retention, and product engagement for our navigation apps. This is a great opportunity to advance your growth and product marketing skills by working closely with experienced growth marketers and product teams.
Within 1 month, you will:
- Assist with deploying email, push, and in-app messaging campaigns to engage both free and paid users.
- Help set up basic reporting to track subscription sales performance.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to execute feature release campaigns.
- Begin learning to manage agency relationships for App Store Optimization (ASO).
Within 6 months, you will:
- Support the optimization of user onboarding, nurture, and retention campaigns, working on ways to improve user engagement and conversion.
- Assist with A/B testing for landing pages and app messaging to drive improvements.
- Help manage ongoing marketing campaigns by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Start analyzing campaign performance data to suggest optimizations with guidance.
Within 12 months, you will:
- Take ownership of routine marketing tactics such as campaign deployments, reporting, and campaign coordination.
- Work more independently on analyzing and optimizing campaigns for better user acquisition and retention.
- Continue to support ASO efforts and work closely with external partners on keyword strategies.
What YOU bring to Outside: (Preferred Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, lifecycle, or growth marketing roles
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) and eagerness to learn more
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with an interest in learning how to use data for decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with ASO, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation tools
- A collaborative, proactive attitude with the ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems like Hubspot and Cordial
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development
- Familiarity with user acquisition and retention metrics
- Experience in a fast-paced, startup environment (internships are great too!)
What We Offer:
Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $58,000 to $73,000. Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more.
