Requirements
  • Advanced clinical degree (MD, PharmD, BSN, APRN, etc.)
  • Prior experience in clinical informatics and/or clinical content management
  • Proficient understanding of healthcare data standards and technology
  • Experience in working with clinical ontologies (SNOMED, RxNorm, ICD-10, LOINC, etc...) and health interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, USCDI) preferred
  • Experience working with real-world data sources such as EHR and claims data
  • Familiarity (able to mostly read) with common data analysis tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, R). Bonus points for the ability to write in these languages, but not required
  • Hands-on experience with terminology management systems (Symedical, Health Language, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Developing and maintaining clinical content, terminologies, and datasets to support and inform Thyme Care’s risk-bearing contracts
  • Collaborating with various teams to identify opportunities to improve clinical and data products
  • Leading external engagements with partners to align on program population criteria and develop appropriate policies and procedures
  • Overseeing medical information management and developing clinical products and services for value-based care initiatives
