What you’ll get to do:

• Design equipment to meet the needs of our customers as well as applicable codes and industry safety standards
• Use a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Office products, CAD, and the company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to create and edit process documentation such as drawings (layout and detailed), Bill of Materials, and product manuals
• Recommend improvements that lower costs and/or increase production
• Engage with the Production Team to solve problems during the fabrication process
• Use technology and creativity to continuously improve quality, timeliness, and profitability
• Contribute to meetings with team members, customers, and suppliers to problem-solve and achieve successful outcomes
• Support Sales Department on design concepts and cost estimates
• Lead a project from receipt of customer purchase order through equipment installation, including schedule and resource management

What will make you successful:

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years of work experience in a similar environment
• CAD proficiency
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Leadership experience
