  • Provide strategic direction for content, defining evolving priorities in the context of a highly-dynamic ecosystem and market, helping guide global content investment, and developing region-specific strategies
  • Lead creation of exceptional curated audio content across our content categories (sounds, music, guided meditations and sleep stories) while also leading the exploration of new verticals and formats
  • Determine KPIs alongside the Product team and assess content performance based on data
  • Build and cultivate external relationships with brands, celebrities and influencers to increase brand awareness and user growth from dealmaking to production
  • Develop strong cross-functional partnerships, processes and works-flows across the organization (Marketing, Product, Data) to align the overall content strategy
  • Oversee the team's project roadmap and resource allocation to ensure they meet stakeholder needs and drive towards strategic vision-while also staying within budget and timelines
  • Build and manage a team of creative producers, writers and audio engineers, mentor and coach them in order to enhance their skills and creative potential
