Last Energy (LE) seeks a skilled CAD Designer to be a part of our Product department. This role will be responsible for creating and automating detailed 2D and 3D models using our internal tools while ensuring our quality standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Creating and automating large batches of 3D models following internal and industry standards
Ensuring long-term projects are delivered on-time
Proactively suggesting new workflow and process improvements
Assist with the development and documentation of CAD libraries

Qualifications

Engineering degree; understanding of Mechanical Engineering principles
3+ years related work experience
Knowledge of mechanical and/or chemical engineering concepts, including design, manufacture, installation, and assembly of equipment and systems which meet all manufacturing process and safety standards
AutoCAD Plant 3D experience highly preferred (or other 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools)
Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize work, and a track record of turning around audio on a tight deadline
Critical thinker, ability to creatively solve problems, deal with ambiguity and a fast-paced changing environment
Ability to communicate, both written and verbally, in an effective manner to the intended audience
