Requirements
  • At least five years of experience working with Freedom of Information Act solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft SharePoint.
  • A bachelor's degree or higher degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic advice, guidance, and expertise to program and project staff and the ArkCase Freedom of Information Act product team.
  • Provide detailed analysis, evaluation, and recommendations for improvement, optimization, development, and maintenance efforts addressing client-specific or mission-critical challenges and issues.
  • Consult with clients to define needs or problems; supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data; provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • Train and onboard clients to ArkCase Freedom of Information Act.
  • Participate in Freedom of Information Act community events to represent Armedia and ArkCase Freedom of Information Act.
