Job Summary

Participates in the design, development, and maintenance of software tools and systems that will enhance the efficiency of the Operations team. Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify information systems. Prepares specifications from which programs will be written. Analyzes and revises existing system logic difficulties and documentation necessary. Works on most phases of applications systems analysis activities

Essential Functions

• Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve application issues
• Monitor cloud-based applications to ensure uptime and performance
• Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure and services
• Automate infrastructure and application deployment
• Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure and services
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for critical issues
• Good investigation, troubleshooting and resolution of client issues with the supported software applications
• Performing Regular Deployments
• Work independently when required.
• Work in a Change Management and Ticketing environment
• Relationship management in partnership with Infrastructure/Service Support team members.
• Responsible for coaching and mentoring less experienced team members and or acting as a subject matter expert.

Knowledge and Skills/Technology Used

• Candidates should possess a strong technical background in cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), as well as a deep understanding of application support.
• Experience in software troubleshooting, analysis and resolution.
• Good communication skills spoken and written as well.
• Experience on working on Windows 2016/2019/2022 Servers.
• Software Tools Desired: Azure Devops, Azure Pipelines, SQL Server Management Studio,

• Incident Management tools, AppDynamics, Xmatters, Application Insights, Grafana

• Knowledge on SQL, basic networking, SFTP, IIS and PowerShell Scripting
• Exposure to ITIL Processes
• Hands on experience on Cloud technologies such as Azure
• Hands-On experience with Azure Git Repos, VSTS, setting up/configuring CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud models such as SAAS/PAAS/IAAS
• Self-motivator and able to coach and guide other team members on new trending technologies
• Have strong work ethics
• Experience with multi-tiered applications

Experience

• 2 - 4 years strong working experience in Application Support and Build Engineer

Typical Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

Pay Range: $63,540- $88,250

The hiring range is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the salary range of possible compensation at the time of the posting, and is subject to change. The actual compensation offered will be determined by various factors, which may include a candidate’s education, training, experience, and geographic location. ​
