Requirements
  • SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE or ability to obtain clearance before performance on the project
  • 3+ years’ DoD supply experience
  • Familiarity with government data systems including Air Force Equipment Management System, MAXIMO, and Material Asset Management Application
  • HS diploma required; 1-2 years of vocational/technical training or a BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Solid telephone, scheduling and time/travel management experience
  • Advanced communication (written & verbal), interpersonal skills, customer service skills
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Commitment to strict attendance policies and expectations and aversion to tardiness and absenteeism
  • Ability to properly self-manage work schedule within corporate structure for Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Knowledge of government data systems and processes related to DoD supply operations (e.g., AFEMS, MAXIMO, MAMA)
  • Experience processing and managing inbound/outbound government shipments and related documents (e.g., DD 1149, DD 1348, GB ls)
  • Ability to organize and maintain records for AMARG Aircraft Asset Visibility System and related tools
Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter inventory data transactions into Government Data systems including Air Force Equipment Management System (AFEMS), MAXIMO, AMARG Business System MAXIMO, electronic Tooling Information Management System (eTIMS), Material Asset Management Application (MAMA), and other DoD automated equipment information systems
  • Be familiar with and utilize standard Government supply data systems such as Defense Information Systems Agency (D043) and Federal Logistics Data (Fed LOG) as research tools for applicable codes and data accuracy
  • Organize, file, and maintain AMARG Aircraft Asset Visibility System aircraft parts and Special Tooling/Special Test Equipment supply transaction records by customer and mission/design/series or type/model/series; ensure hardcopy records are archived, labeled, and filed
  • Accurately process data transactions in MAXIMO and MAMA for Production Work Order Requirements (PWR) and to support inventory operations/requirements
  • Maintain and annotate files with minimal errors for easy retrieval and minimize filing backlogs
  • Provide assistance to internal and external Government customers with stored/inbound assets, supply issues, and inquiries
  • Conduct in-depth searches for information on complex supply transactions and ensure data integrity by cross-referencing data systems
  • Resolve inventory problems by researching transaction errors and coordinating solutions with Government Representative
  • Process AMARG Form 22 and AMARG C03 Removed Item Listings and, within one business day, process AMARG Aircraft Asset Visibility System aircraft parts removal/issue transactions (data loads/updates to MAXIMO)
  • Accurately complete, track, file and manage shipping documents for outbound AMARG parts (forms DD 1149 or DD 1348)
  • Receive and log Government Bills of Lading (GBL) for inbound/outbound shipments of Special Tooling/Special Test Equipment
  • Organize and standardize incoming inventory records for supply actions (bills of lading, production work orders, WCDs, etc.)
  • Scan/electronically file and transfer data files to the 309 AMARG Electronic Records Management (ERM) database
  • Accurately process various supply transactions into the Enterprise Solution – Supply (ESS) such as issue requests, DIFM updates, item record loads, MICAP verification, etc.
  • Perform research and process reports using DoD web-based logistics data systems (AFSCDB Discoverer, D043, Fed LOG, Web FLIS, ETIMS, LIMS-EV, DoD Emall)
  • Maintain Bench Stock, Shop Stock, Operating Stock, and Work Order Residue per directives
  • Research items not available through normal supply channels and prepare Government Purchase Card (GPC) requests
  • Ensure items being turned in are properly prepared for shipment, tagged, and identified
  • Attend and contribute to Production Planning Team and Production meetings and update slide decks with current information
Desired Qualifications
  • BA/BS Degree preferred
  • Advanced Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word proficiency; proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio; ability to quickly learn other tools
