Requirements
  • MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 15+ years' management experience in an IT Security/Cloud environment
  • 5+ years' experience working with public cloud, preferably on Microsoft Azure and Office 365 security
  • Deep experience handling enterprise grade security in a security-conscious organization with substantial infrastructure in the cloud is required
  • Experience in securing SaaS platforms and moving from a preventive security stance to a predictive security stance is highly desirable
  • Experience in ATP, SIEM tools, should have worked on various VAPT tools
  • Familiarity with tools, processes and certifications related to security is required
  • Strong application/product/software security background
  • Experience in penetration testing/infrastructure security testing
  • Experience with common security technologies (EDR, NDR/IDS, Firewall, SIEM, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and basic endpoint security principles
  • Knowledge of common networking services and protocols
  • Ability to effectively assess and communicate risks and appropriate levels of urgency to management and engineering staff
  • Ability to effectively interface with product development teams
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security
Responsibilities
  • Management of the Cyber Security Program
  • Lead and manage all security related activities for external, internal and customer environments
  • Lead the Information Security incident management process during US time zone
  • Participate in customer RFP, audit, and information request responses for all IT security related questions
  • Development and reporting on IT Security KRI / KPI's
  • Champion all the controls relating to FEDRAMP / ISO / ISAE / SOC + any other compliance or regulatory framework
  • Work with a formal risk governance mechanism, such as a Governance Risk and Compliance tool workflow, through which individual risk findings are documented, analyzed, accepted, and tracked and managed
  • Provide IT Security SME support to the business (projects, proposals & business cases)
  • Ensure the coverage and operating effectiveness of key security controls in the Workforce Solutions technology environment
  • Develop and continually refine metrics and provide reporting to peers and senior executives
  • Managing projects, programs, and initiatives of significant size and scale, especially where information security resources had to be prioritized based on risk
