POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a member of the Kids Crew, your caring and charismatic demeanor is essential to creating a positive fan experience. This role will require you to work a minimum of 60 games during the regular season as well as be available on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays throughout the year.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greeting and engaging with our young fans entering the ballpark and overseeing activities within the Kids Concourse
- Ability to work special events outside of the ballpark
- Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the game and/or events
CHARACTERISTICS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must exhibit an enthusiastic and engaging demeanor.
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Expected to multi-task and retain information quickly.
- Ability to work a minimum of 60 games during the regular season which includes weekend, evening and holiday availability.
