Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in an administrator or technology role, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing tools and platforms.
  • Strong technical proficiency with marketing automation systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security regulations relevant to marketing technology.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the entire marketing technology stack, ensuring all tools are correctly integrated and optimized for maximum efficiency and impact.
  • Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with marketing technology vendors working closely with our vendor management team.
  • Quickly identify and resolve any technical issues within the marketing technology stack, ensuring minimal disruption to marketing operations.
  • Ensure data integrity across platforms through regular audits and by establishing protocols for data management, including segmentation, tagging, and cleansing.
  • Work closely with the rest of the Marketing Operations team and IT department to ensure the marketing technology stack aligns with broader company technology policies and security measures. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless data flow and utilization.
  • Continuously explore new tools, technologies, and practices that can enhance our marketing capabilities. Implement best practices for technology utilization, including automation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to marketing team members on existing and new technologies, ensuring they are fully leveraged within campaigns and projects.
