Requirements
  • 4+ years of corporate recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven success recruiting for a variety of related positions of all experience levels.
  • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers to drive effective recruitment.
  • Successful track record of directly sourcing passive candidates.
  • Recent college recruiting experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, experience using and maintaining ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Aptitude for exceptional candidate generation, and client management
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to multi-task
  • Always maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong knowledge of OFCCP, AAP and EEOC compliance, as well as multi-state employment law is desirable.
Responsibilities
  • Execute full-cycle recruiting identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates for positions at all levels in the West region.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs to identify the right talent; consulting on job specifications, hiring plans and scorecards.
  • Effectively pre-screen/interview candidates to determine skills and fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process.
  • Manage our college recruiting program for the West region which includes career fairs, campus events, and other hiring activities to secure the top entry-level talent.
  • Establish effective communication with stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports.
  • Partner closely with HR colleagues in Benefits, Compensation, Immigration, and Employee Relations
  • Maintain accurate records within applicant tracking system and ensure recruiting methodologies meet OFCCP, and all Federal, State and Local requirements.
