Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and / or relevant prior sales and customer service experience
  • 1+ years of experience SaaS and logistics experience
  • Attention to detail

  • Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to deliver a compelling pitch in multiple formats including email and live conversations

  • Working knowledge of Zoominfo, Zoom, Outreach & LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Previous marketing or sales experience
  • The Base Salary Range for this role is between $50,000 - $70,000 with Variable Compensation in addition based on Years of Experience, Skillset, and Location
Responsibilities
  • Prospecting activity
  • Conduct a high volume of phone calls in addition to using multiple contact channels (email, InMail, etc) to reach key decision makers while logging all activity into CRM
  • Utilize prospecting tools to strategically navigate the lead list provided by management
  • Structure time efficiently leveraging sales enablement tools to boost productivity
  • Update and maintain the sales database as appropriate, including new lead data
  • Gains an understanding of the sales process and converts leads into qualified opportunities
  • Engage and qualify leads:
  • Use industry knowledge learned from assigned vertical research to uncover prospective customers pain points
  • Communicate the value of Shipwell to prospective customers clearly & succinctly using the customer's language in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with the industry and the Shipwell's new products, services, and target market
  • Work as a team with account executives and set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and account executives
  • Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly goals for opportunities created, opportunity progression, and activity
