Requirements
  • 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
  • A qualification in Electronic Engineering would be deemed an advantage.
  • Friendly and positive personality with the ability to relate to and communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Articulate written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and to multi-task.
  • Excel computer literacy with regards to MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to be a strong team player in a demanding situation.
Responsibilities
  • Work to an assigned daily schedule and daily output target provided by the Order Fulfilment Team Lead.
  • Accurately prepare machines to the specification of a customer order work instruction.
  • The ability to read and comprehend BOM instructions, complete material requisition and material return forms.
  • Convert machines to specification as per instructions from the Order fulfilment Team Lead - Production and relevant paperwork.
  • Keep records of technical specification including individual customer notes so that repeat orders can be identically set up if required.
  • Completion of build paperwork for all completed units in a timely and legible fashion.
  • To understand the company policies and make the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production aware of the potential for any unapproved software or hardware installed.
  • Be familiar with the service/parts manuals and additional technical notes.
  • Organise the packing of stock and machine orders making the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production aware of packing material shortages.
  • Ensure that the warehouse is maintained in a presentable and tidy state at all times.
  • Assist with stock taking as deemed relevant throughout the calendar year.
  • Assisting as and when required with organising the storage and packing of stock machines and parts in identifiable locations.
  • General duties as instructed by the Order Fulfilment Team Lead - Production including maintenance duties throughout the premises.
  • Fully accountable for all equipment and tools including provision of general maintenance.
  • Ensure an understanding of and compliance with company and venue OH&S policies, procedures, and regulations, including the health, safety, and welfare of all employees, visitors, and contractors.
