The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for identifying and pursuing new product sales opportunities within the customer base, helping the customer grow usage by leveraging internal & partner adoption resources to achieve customer goals, and exceeding sales targets while making our product more sticky.

Key responsibilities include:

Identifying and pursuing new product opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead generation within our customer base
Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure customer growth and identify upselling opportunities
Achieving sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
Conducting business ROI presentations to customers
Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop and implement sales campaigns
Negotiating and closing deals with clients
Providing regular reports on sales activity and forecasting future sales

Qualifications:

Experience with front line SaaS sales, fintech required
Accounting reconciliation experience is beneficial but not required
A continual learner and open to learning new technologies that Airbase may roll out in the future
Fantastic communication skills
Extreme attention to detail and pride yourself in being incredibly proactive
A relentless focus on customer excellence and time to value
