Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying for
  • Junior or Senior standing
  • Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)
  • Creative thinker and problem solver
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
  • A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs
Responsibilities
  • Assist the team with overall day to day tasks
  • Help manage organization and counting of Festival credentials
  • Help manage shipping of Festival credentials
  • Help with marketing support as needed
  • Maintain contact spreadsheet and keep it up to date with additions
  • Monitor current events regarding sponsorship and marketing for music, wine and food industry
  • Brainstorm ideas for future sponsorships or brands to participate
  • Support smaller projects in connection with the sponsorship and marketing departments as requested by the legal team
  • Proof certain documents and submit them to legal team for review
  • Participate as requested in project and event meetings and maintain meeting logs
  • Provide support to Legal and Sponsorship administrative assistants as requested
