Requirements
- Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED
- 2 year or 4 year college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years exceptional customer service experience required
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Provide world class customer service and achieve sales goals
- Receive unrivaled training including thorough knowledge of products and the technology that drives HOM Furniture and the unique customer-focused sales solution approach
- Engage with customers, listen attentively, ask the right questions, and deliver the perfect design solution
- Contribute to exceptional customer experiences whether online or in-store
- Maintain price cards
- Light duty vacuuming and dusting in assigned areas
Desired Qualifications
- Big ticket top writer commission sales experience preferred (e.g., home furnishings, automotive, appliances)
- Two-year or four-year college degree preferred
