Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience providing customer service.
  • Preferred experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong computer skills, including typing at least 45 words per minute and multitasking across different software and programs while maintaining a conversation.
  • Reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities
  • Receive a high volume of calls each day.
  • Present offers to patients.
  • Overcome patient objections to schedule appointments.
  • Schedule a high volume of appointments.
  • Use product knowledge to showcase solutions that dental practices can offer patients.
  • Use company databases and software to track progress.
  • Apply problem-solving skills and take ownership of patient concerns, issues, and solutions.
  • Work with practice teams to develop timely solutions for patients.
  • Manage sensitive and critical information in accordance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Collect missing information and update outdated information.
  • Consistently meet or exceed department key performance indicators.
  • Work all scheduled workdays and hours and report to work on time.
  • Participate in company contests and incentives.
  • Complete other special projects or responsibilities as assigned.
