Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO.
  • Understands how to make the Executive Assistant role one of strategic importance.
  • Ability to anticipate needs, provide strategic insight, and act with initiative and discretion.
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
  • Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Well-versed in office tools such as spreadsheets and powerpoint / google sheets.
  • Excellent judgment, communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Optimize the CCO’s schedule by prioritizing engagements that align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings, ensuring that the CCO is well-prepared and that key outcomes are tracked and executed.
  • Act as a strategic point of contact between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications with professionalism and ensuring that messages align with the CCO’s priorities.
  • Coordinate all travel logistics with a focus on efficiency and minimizing disruption to the CCO’s strategic initiatives.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining the trust and confidence of the CCO and other executives.
  • Proactively identify areas where the CCO’s attention is most needed and help filter out less critical tasks.
  • Take on special projects as assigned by the CCO, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage tasks independently.
