Requirements
  • Serve as the data and analytics platform expert and process owner, leader, and motivator on a cross-functional team
  • Answer key product questions, define analytics approach, retrieve and manipulate data needed to perform analysis, and deliver actionable insights to Product Management team
  • Lead development and implementation of the data architecture strategy
  • Architect, configure, administer and operate Adobe Analytics / Adobe Target environment
  • Partner with Product & IT Development Engineers on instrumentation configuration
  • Build and maintain domain expertise in relevant data sets and identify what data is critical to capture
  • Create a process to ensure new project launches with proper tracking
  • Collaborate with Product Managers in developing A/B test plans for new features and workflows; apply best practices to implement A/B testing strategies
  • Structure and organize digital data for use in specific digital analytics applications
  • Given business objectives, craft a measurement framework; apply best practices to implement marketing measurement and attribution strategies
  • Create, maintain, and publish KPI Dashboards for Product Management team; automating and enabling team members to self-serve whenever possible
  • Establish collaborative working relationship with business partners across departments; coordinate with other Analysts; participate and shares findings with the broader Analyst community at Lifetouch and Shutterfly; aid data analysts and data scientists in integrating, consolidating, cleansing Adobe digital data with Power BI; help support enterprise initiatives regarding an omnichannel analytics data integration strategy
  • Develop instrumentation strategies across multiple websites and products
  • Oversee analytics implementation quality & governance in support of Lifetouch consumer product strategy
  • Debugging/troubleshooting/resolving Adobe configuration and integration issues
  • Assess and audit the current state Adobe Analytic, Adobe Target, Google Analytics and Optimizely configurations
  • Lead project work to decommission integration and reporting with Google Analytics
  • Manage relationship with Adobe consultants and lead consultant team
  • Coaches and mentors the product team in connection with analytics for goal-setting, effectively writing specs and user stories, prioritizing requirements, analyzing product data, and developing product strategies
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in finance, retail, strategy consulting, internet marketing, decision support, or related field
  • 3 or more years of experience with the following: Adobe DTM, Adobe Target and/or Optimizely, Adobe Analytics
  • Implementing tags for both websites & apps in enterprise-grade environments
  • Thorough understanding of Internet and Mobile App data collection and metrics; should be able to relate to standard marketing and ecommerce metrics like conversion rates, response rates, lift, ROAS, and ROI
  • Creating tagging schemas and specifications for new sites and new site features
  • Quality Assurance and debugging of tagging
  • Proficient with SQL
  • Excellent data visualization and presentation skills
  • Strong multitasking abilities and team collaboration skills
  • Certifications:: Adobe Certified Master - Adobe Analytics Architect or Adobe Certified Expert - Adobe Analytics Developer
  • Excel power user
