  • Experience with rotating and mechanical equipment required
  • Experience in oil and gas industry would be appreciated

Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites and manage activities related to the installation, pre-commission, and commissioning of Sundyne equipment (API machines and non-API machines)
  • Provide customers with detailed intervention reports after each visit, and provide our technical departments with feedback on our continuous improvement process
  • Technical expertise in complex failure modes on rotating equipment for either mechanical, electrical or process related failure modes
  • Provide excellent support and service to customers and channel partners to guarantee their satisfaction
  • Perform corrective and preventive maintenance, including assembly and disassembly as per our procedures, to ensure correct operation and reliability of all Sundyne installations
  • Lead Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) with internal and external customers
  • Provide technical training to our customers and channel partners at Customer’s facility or in our factories, including the realization of training supports
  • Lead technical and follow-up meetings with customers and our technical departments

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering with 5 years field experience
  • Will be capable of working both independently as well as in a team environment
  • Will have strong attention to detail, and a high degree of focus on customer satisfaction
  • Will have strong personal organization and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work multiple projects at varying stages of completion and multitask
  • Basic knowledge with PLC and control logic
