Requirements
  • 10+ years tech, science or related fields recruiting experience
  • Experience in managing multiple complex requisitions, including niche or never before seen talent.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage and handle multiple tasks of an urgent nature, while ensuring a professional level of tact and diplomacy with all levels of management.
  • Experience using a hiring applicant tracking system.
  • Deep sourcing, interview, assessment and selection experience.
  • Superior interpersonal and negotiation skills; demonstrated effective listening and questioning skills and is comfortable dealing with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new knowledge related to Talent Acquisition systems and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Engage and partner with the hiring managers and/business unit leader(s) to understand hiring requirements, products and services, while providing recruiting industry expertise.
  • Develop innovative recruitment strategies and manage the end to end hiring activities of assigned requisitions, delivering an efficient and effective service to all involved in the hiring process.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers on Talent Acquisition related best practices, processes, interviewing/assessment strategies and tools.
  • Conduct on-going market research and analysis to develop innovative and effective sourcing strategies, providing market intelligence to the business as required.
  • Prepare, present, negotiate, and close competitive job offers partnering with hiring managers, HR BPs, and compensation when appropriate.
  • Manage and actively participate in Talent Acquisition related projects of varying complexity, importance and priority.
  • Build teams from the ground up; specifically, around new offering or product and services.
  • Champion Diversity: You'll find and establish relationships with diversity organizations that results in the identification of diverse mid- and senior-level talent.
  • Advise: Be the talent advisor to hiring leaders. Use data to influence change, map effective selection processes and recruitment plans, then execute consistently.
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinating closely with talent acquisition leaders and hiring managers to provide top technology focused talent to the organization.
  • Establishes and maintains successful relationships with colleges, community partners, search firms, professional associations, and other organizations to ensure Transcarent is viewed as the 'Employer of Choice' in the industry.
  • Manages applicant tracking system, ensuring applicant status updates are made regularly, phone screen synopsis, and documentation of all feedback from hiring managers is updated in the system.
  • Identifies and recommends solutions to address challenges and/or opportunities to streamline and improve recruiting processes.
  • Train and coach managers on Top Grading and behavioral interviewing processes.
