Requirements
  • The candidate must have 2–3 or more years of product marketing or product experience.
  • Experience in wealth management, fintech, or alternative investment platforms is preferred.
  • The candidate must have built agents and models to optimize campaigns, create marketing sites, and optimize flows.
  • The candidate must have a foundation in consumer marketing and be eager to apply those skills in a complex fintech environment.
  • The candidate must understand sophisticated financial products, including private markets, exotic derivatives and their mechanics, and tax-aware investing.
  • The candidate must be able to understand newly priced trade ideas and write accurate, legally compliant member-facing copy.
  • The candidate must actively use artificial intelligence tools and be able to build automated, AI-assisted marketing workflows.
  • The candidate must be hands-on and able to execute accurately in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • The candidate must be meticulous with product terms, deadlines, and figures and be comfortable owning recurring publishing workflows.
  • The candidate must be analytical, able to interpret adoption data, run A/B copy tests, and iterate on activation funnels.
  • The candidate must have experience working with legal and compliance teams to secure approvals for member-facing communications.
Responsibilities
  • Support implementation of business-to-consumer go-to-market plans and coordinate timelines across United States and Singapore offerings.
  • Use and build artificial intelligence tools, agents, skills, and automated review workflows to accelerate content production, improve accuracy, and scale marketing operations.
  • Document artificial intelligence-assisted processes so they are repeatable by the broader team.
  • Manage the product content pipeline, including maintaining schedules and coordinating with design teams.
  • Coordinate publication of brochures, webinars, product specifications, and in-app product pages with investment, design, and operations teams.
  • Co-author and deploy marketing collateral, launch and redemption emails, in-app positioning, and educational narratives to drive member activation and retention.
  • Plan and execute paid user acquisition, landing pages, and educational webinars featuring investment leaders.
  • Produce white papers, explainers, and evergreen educational content that demystify sophisticated investment strategies and build member trust.
  • Draft and update member-facing materials under the guidance of the Product Marketing Manager in alignment with brand voice and regulatory requirements.
  • Audit and refine onboarding flows, in-product copy, and activation touchpoints; run A/B tests and iterate based on adoption data.
  • Partner with Product Management, Compliance, Investment Research, Design, Email Operations, and Client Advisory teams to maintain a unified and compliant product narrative.
  • Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and competitive shifts in wealth management and private markets.
  • Complete interview exercises independently without external assistance or artificial intelligence tools.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in wealth management, fintech, or alternative investment platforms.
  • Prior alternative-investments or derivatives marketing experience, preferably over general fintech experience.
  • Experience marketing financial products across jurisdictions, especially the United States and Asia-Pacific/Singapore.
