We are looking for a highly organized, service-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leaders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong sense of initiative, and a passion for creating seamless operations. You will manage the complex and congested calendars, coordinate meetings and travel, and support team morale, ensuring the executive has the resources and time needed to thrive. Serving as the primary point of contact, you can help executives stay focused on what’s most important for the business by handling internal and external requests and executing the appropriate next step. You will be their trusted partner, anticipating the needs of the executive and the organization while demonstrating high professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy.
