Requirements

  • 2+ years of People Operations or Recruiting experience
  • HRCI or SHRM certification; any level
  • Experience with scheduling software, travel booking, and basic database management
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR information systems
  • Experience with travel booking platforms

  • Exceptional accuracy when handling data entry, scheduling, and document preparation
Responsibilities
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, managing complex calendars across multiple interviewers and time zones
  • Travel Administration: Book and manage all aspects of candidate travel including flights, hotels, and transportation arrangements
  • Materials Preparation: Prepare and organize interview packets, candidate resumes, evaluation forms, and other interview materials
  • Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure updated candidate status throughout the hiring process
  • Communication Coordination: Send confirmation emails, interview details, and follow-up communications to candidates and hiring teams
  • Process Improvement: Coordinate candidate experience improvements and talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the talent acquisition team
  • Onboarding Administration: Coordinate new hire paperwork, collect required documents, and manage onboarding checklists and timelines
  • File Management: Maintain organized employee files ensuring compliance with record-keeping requirements
  • Benefits Administration Support: Assist employees with benefits enrollment paperwork and coordinate with benefits providers
  • Meeting Support: Schedule meetings, prepare materials, take notes, and distribute meeting summaries for HR team meetings
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage communications with background check companies, drug testing facilities, and other HR vendors

KONGSBERG acquires Zone 5 and enters development and high-volume production of affordable missiles - Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace

Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (‘KONGSBERG’) has signed an agreement to acquire the California-based missile company Zone 5 Technologies LLC, which designs and produces affordable, mass producible long-range strike and anti-drone missiles. The value of the transaction is undisclosed.

Kongsberg acquires 90% of US missile maker Zone 5 for undisclosed sum

Norwegian defence company Kongsberg Gruppen has agreed to acquire 90 percent of US-based Zone 5 Technologies, which develops and produces low-cost missiles in large volumes. The purchase price was not disclosed, and the deal requires regulatory approval. Zone 5's management will retain the remaining shares. The company generated over $100 million in sales in 2025 and is profitable. It will operate as an independent subsidiary under Kongsberg. "The acquisition of Zone 5 is an important strategic step for Kongsberg. Zone 5 is at the forefront of developing affordable missiles that can be produced in large volumes," said Geir Håøy, CEO of Kongsberg Gruppen.
