Tremendous is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with our Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to provide technical integration support to our growing customer base. The Solutions Engineer can also expect to develop our technical documentation and maintain our API changelog.

More specifically, you will:

• Help sell the Tremendous API to prospective customers, answering any questions they may have regarding the product integration. You will become their primary technical resource as they onboard to Tremendous

• Assist external engineers by responding to inquiries in our developer inbox, occasionally providing live pair programming support

• Work with internal engineers to build new workflows and configurations requested by clients

• Improve our API documentation and changelog

You have:

• 3-5 years of experience in a Software or Solutions Engineering role

• The ability to communicate technical concepts in a live setting

• Excellent written technical communication. You enjoy writing technical documents that make concepts easy to understand

• Experience with basic scripting and debugging. You know how to read code and figure out what it does
