Requirements
  • Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training (CNA certification if required by state)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to follow care plans, document clearly, and communicate effectively

Responsibilities
  • Deliver Compassionate, Hands-On Care: Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
  • Deliver Compassionate, Hands-On Care: Support comfort through repositioning, mobility assistance, and skin integrity care
  • Deliver Compassionate, Hands-On Care: Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
  • Deliver Compassionate, Hands-On Care: Offer respite support to caregivers and families
  • Support Comfort, Dignity & Quality of Life: Observe and report changes in patient condition to the RN/Case Manager
