Responsibilities
  • Partner with our Pricing, Risk Analytics, Insurance product, Underwriting, Product, and Tech teams to prioritize business needs and tech capabilities into actionable risk release
  • You'll understand our business and have established relationships with our senior leadership
  • Define release readiness criteria, ensuring all testings meet criteria prior to deployment
  • You'll generate documentation and guidelines to structure the risk release process
  • Top-tier professional with 2+ years of production release and project management experience
  • Proven record of driving complex releases on time with a high degree of precision
  • Proven ability to build consensus with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of Jira and experience using tech tools for build and deployment like Jenkins
  • Experience working with Agile/SCRUM
  • Responsive, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication, stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of insurance, underwriting, and rule engine (DMN) is plus
  • Driven, Organized, Team Player, Strong Sense of Ownership, Attention to detail
