Requirements
  • You hold a BAC + 5 degree in real estate law or public law.
  • You have knowledge and practical experience in public law, real estate, and urban planning, including land law, construction, real estate transactions, and legal structuring.
  • You have knowledge and practical experience with the Transport Code and the General Code on Public Property.
  • You have knowledge and practical experience with tools relating to the division of property ownership rights.
  • You have knowledge and practical experience of the operation of local authorities, administrations, and railway-sector stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships and negotiations with occupants of the RATP estate, neighboring residents, and local authorities on all aspects of administrative management of RATP property, acquisitions and disposals of buildings required for RATP activities, and agreements for occupation of public property.
  • Draft administrative instruments and contracts required to carry out operations and projects under RATP project ownership.
  • Verify notarized instruments, surveyors’ plans, and all documents useful for carrying out a real estate transaction.
  • Support the Group’s operational teams.
  • Provide expertise for decisions relating to the enhancement and development of the estate in cooperation with RATP stakeholders, thereby ensuring the operational implementation of the Real Estate Master Plan.
  • Act as the internal contact for project ownership, RATP’s legal department, project managers, and the RATP Real Estate subsidiary.
  • Act as the external contact for local authorities, lawyers, expert surveyors, notaries, bailiffs, developers, and all petitioners.
  • Act by delegation of the unit manager with stakeholders from other departments, primarily Project Works Management and the Infrastructure Manager.
  • Process land-related requests to rationalize occupation of the estate by different projects or RATP occupants.
  • Validate that these requests comply with the investment forecasts recorded in the Real Estate Master Plan.
  • Take responsibility for processing acquisitions and disposals through the Strategic Real Estate Committee and implementing the legal instruments for the transaction structure, including contractual relationships, parcel divisions, volumetry, easements, and related matters.
  • Ensure proper administration of the service contracts under the role’s responsibility.
